The following placeholder terms govern your use of the BBB Northern Indiana Digital Visibility Product Center website and services. Final program agreements are provided in your service contract.
1. Use of Site
By accessing this site you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. Pricing displayed on the site is estimated and subject to confirmation by a Digital Visibility Strategist.
2. Services & Pricing
Standard visibility packages include onboarding and setup at no additional charge. One-time projects (such as website builds, video production, and email campaigns) are billed as listed. All quoted prices are accredited business pricing; non-accredited pricing reflects a standard markup.
3. Cancellation & Commitments
Monthly programs are month-to-month unless a commitment is specifically noted (e.g., billboard placements). One-time projects are non-refundable once production begins.
4. Intellectual Property
All BBB branding and trademarks are the property of the Council of Better Business Bureaus. Client-provided creative remains the property of the client.
5. Limitation of Liability
BBB Northern Indiana is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three-month period.
